Normally, it rains all day in December and January. But, global warming. So, we had very nice weather for the first #SGWPL match of the season.
Here are some highlights from the game:
- Underrated Player: Centreback BGTWT No.5 Kinley Melski. Calm dribbler under pressure. Can pick out midfielder to pass into. Good partner to complement the strength of BGTWT No.11 Darvina Halini.
- Outstanding Moment: TPUWT No.2 Abigail Goh shouting, “Urgency!” to rally her side late in the game as they chased an equaliser.
- Honourable Mention: TPUWT No.10 Nuriah running all the way to the touchline to get her second-half substitute onto the pitch as fast as possible.
