“There’s no advice for that. Every life must be lived for itself. Some new managers come to watch us and they want to discover our secrets. There are no secrets. The best advice I can give is have passion. It rubs off on people. Everything comes from the heart. If you like what you do, you will have success.

The best I can say to people and students is look for what you like to do. Something that will get you up in the morning. It doesn’t matter what it is. It will lead to success. That’s why it’s important to do as many things as possible. You will find something you love that way. Don’t follow what people say you have to do, don’t follow your teachers or your parents. That’s not the secret. Travel and discover many things.”
